We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We collect shipping details to enable us to process orders. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where necessary as part of providing a service to you, or unless required by law to do so.

However, Ellana Cosmetics does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We also do not discount the fact that descriptions may be subject to personal interpretation of the reader.

If a product offered by is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

It is easy! You will now find our shopping cart easy to use.

    • Browse through the products –just take a look at the product category and menus at the top of your screen.

    • When you see something you like, just click on the “Add to Cart” button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart – and you can keep an eye on how much your total cost is on the upper right hand side of the screen.

    • You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart; when you're finished, just click on "Checkout",

    • Just fill in the required information upon checkout.

How to pay by PayPal

Simply select “Check out with Paypal” when you get to the checkout. You’ll be prompted to log in to Paypal to complete your order.

How to Send GCASH

If you have a GCash Account…

You may transfer payment at the speed of a text message, anytime, anywhere. Just type AMOUNT<space>4-digit PIN and send to 2882+10 digit mobile number of the recipient.

You can also go to the Globe Services menu in your SIM card, click on Postpaid/Prepaid Services>GCASH>Send GCASH

If you do not have a GCash Account…

Go to any Globe Business Center or Authorized GCash outlet who accepts Cash-in transactions (SM Department Stores, Mercury Drug, 7-ELEVEN Stores, Tambunting Pawnshops, Villarica Pawnshops).

Fill-up a GCash Service Form, which will require you to give you full name, address and telephone number, beneficiary’s name, address and mobile number as well as the amount that you would like to send. Present any valid ID to complete your transaction.

 

Please advise us via email (Subject: PAYMENT DETAILS for Order Number ###) of your payment details (date, amount & branch/GCash transaction number) to facilitate verification and processing of your order.  

Shipping Policy

You will receive your order in 3 to 4 business days.

All orders are shipped via Xend Express. Courier rates are as follows:

  • Metro Manila – 50PHP

  • Luzon 1 (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, Nueva Ecija & Tarlac) – 80PHP

  • Luzon 2 (the rest of Luzon not mentioned above) – 90PHP

  • VisMin – 90PHP

Provincial orders are delivered by LBC. If your area is not deliverable, you may pickup your parcel at the nearest LBC office in your locality.

For International Orders

For international order, we ship orders via International Postal Registered Mail (for orders less than 1KG gross weight) and International Express Mail Service (for orders weighing 1KG & above).


Cost of shipping is determined based on shipping weight of your order and destination. We will send you a shipping quote once we receive your order. If you agree with the shipping rates, then we may proceed with your order.


Please note that we charge a handling fee of 45PHP for all international orders.

Transit time is 14 to 21 business days. *May take longer than usual in these countries.

International Shipping Restrictions

We can only send packages up to 3KGs.

Order Fulfilment Policy

If for any reason we cannot fill in your order because a product is no longer available, due to the item being out of stock, discontinued, or we cannot fulfil the order as committed, our Sales Assistants will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the delay and get your advice on how to proceed with the order.

Return and Replacement Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction in all our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it in saleable condition (still in its original packaging) within 15 days from date of purchase. We will provide a refund, replacement, exchange or credit, excluding cost of shipping.

How to return products

Please contact us report a problem with the product you received. We will send you a Returns Form by email or post. Please fill out the form and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
